Many people feel not satisfied with their stomach shape. Even slender people often complain that their stomach look bloated. Furthermore, bloated on stomach is triggered by basic factors like diet and lifestyle. Thus, I’ll give you some tips to make your tummy flatterer.

Drinking water
If the fullness of the stomach caused by water storage, you can actually reduce the problem by drinking more water. This will dilute the concentration of sodium in the body thereby increasing the amount of water coming out of the system. Drinking more water also ensure effective functioning gall to issue a waste product. Do not change water consumption during a diet because many materials that are difficult to digest and can cause stomach bubble.

Eating slowly
Avoid eating fast, because when you swallow too quickly, the air that suspend in the intestine will form a gas that can trigger stomach inflate. Always sit while eating and chew food slowly. The food that is not chewed into small parts can not be digested properly then will produce more gas that causes bubbling.

Reduce consumption of salt
Too much salt in your diet add extra sodium to slow the body fluid mechanism that encourages water out of the cell. Consequently stomach feels full and bloated.
Appropriate fiber consumption
Fiber is an important element in the diet, therefore eating fruits such as apples and pears is recommended, because these fruits contain a lot of fiber and water.

Supervise treatment
Drug consumption can trigger bloated stomach. Aspirin and contraceptive pill sometimes cause stomach problems that leads to constipation.

Avoid constipation
Constipation is a condition of the digestive system. The sufferer has hard feces that are difficult to expel. The treatment of recurring constipation can be done by several ways; increasing the consumption of fiber from fruits and vegetables, doing more exercise, and drinking more water.

You can do yoga or pilates to help to develop your core. A strong core involves strength, balance and range of motion. Developing your core, will strengthen your back and stomach muscles, thus will give you great posture and help give you a flatter tummy

Natural sugar
Use natural sugar alternatives like maple syrup, agave syrup and xylitol for your food or drink.
