Face Treatment Using Natural Mask

There are two major types of face mask, namely brand mask and natural mask (homemade natural mask are made naturally from various fruits type). A lot of fruits type can be used to make natural mask, some among them are easy to find in supermarket, such as avocado, strawberry, almond, lemon and grape.

1. Strawberry
This fruit contains Salicylic Acid, which is one type of BHA - Beta Hydroxi Acid (that helps to tighten the skin), Silica, and vitamins B, C, E and K

2. Avocado
Avocado has rich of amino acids and vitamins so it is suitable to use as early aging prevention in the face skin.
3. Grape
Grape is rich in trace minerals, calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C, and flavonoid compound. Almost all of the different colors of grape can be used for lotion. Please note that the juice from grape must be filtered first before used.

4. Orange
Contain vitamins A, C, B1, B2, and B3. Orange is very good for oily skin, the lotion is also effective for normal skin. Orange mask can be used every day.

5. Papaya
To remove pimple / acne; take 2-3 pieces of papaya's old leafs, dry in the sun light for a moment - pound the dry leafs. Add with 1½ spoonful of water. Use as a powder on the pimple.

6. Tomato
Contains protein, phosphorus, iron, sulfur, vitamin A, B1, and C. To refine your face, pick tomatoes, and slices and then rub on face.

7. Banana
Contains serotinin, pectin, tanin, noradrenalin, hidroxy tritamin, dopamin, and various vitamins as a skin moisturizer for face, such as vitamins A, B complex and vitamin C.

8. Lemon
Contains limonen, linalin, acetate, geranil, fellandren, and citric acid - Useful to prevent wrinkled.
