Commonly, only two types of tea that often we’re consumed, namely black or green tea. But, there is another tea that has very good merit for our health. Oolong tea has long history especially in Japan and China. The difference between oolong tea, black tea and green tea is the production method. Oolong tea has semi oxidized process, while green tea has un-oxidized process, and black tea has fully oxidized process.
So, why oolong tea is very beneficial for your body and health? According to some researches, oolong tea contain lot amount of polyphenol that helps the work of superxide dismutase (SOD) to eliminate free radicals. Furthermore, there are some benefits of consumed oolong tea regularly:
